A message dated May 2, 2005, was read stating the Senate has passed                                 
CSHB 85(JUD) with the following amendment and it is transmitted

     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 85(JUD)                                                    
     "An Act relating to self-administration and documentation of                                   
     certain types of medication prescribed to a child attending school."
